6. No Guarantee of Results

While we endeavour to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients, we cannot guarantee the removal of any specific default, listing, or negative entry from your credit report. The outcome of credit repair processes depends on many factors outside our control, including the decisions of creditors and credit reporting bodies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software associated with our Services are the property of Australian Credit Solutions Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including Google Calendar, Twilio, and others. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Australian Credit Solutions Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
